CORPORATE ATTORNEY

Overview

Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier AmLaw 200 firm to locate a Corporate mid-level attorney with 5+ years of experience for its Corporate business unit in Scottsdale, AZ or Phoenix, AZ office.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds, including entity formation and governance documents, operating agreements, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents.
• Interact with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types.
• Candidates with strong business development experience is a plus.
• Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and possess a solid work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and strong academic credentials are essential.

Salary / Benefits

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $200,000 - $250,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
