Lead Trial Attorney

Duties:

Lead personal injury matters from case initiation through verdict

Manage a streamlined docket to ensure high-level client service and litigation quality

Draft, review, and argue motions with strong procedural and evidentiary fluency

Conduct and defend depositions

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the litigation process

Collaborate with support staff to efficiently manage workflow and deadlines

Develop persuasive legal arguments grounded in procedural rules and evidence codes

Prepare and participate in jury trials

Requirements:

Active bar membership in AZ, TX, CO, or NM

At least 1 year of litigation experience required

Minimum 1 year of experience in personal injury law, either plaintiff or defense side

Documented trial experience, including first- or second-chair jury trial participation

Familiarity with state civil procedure and evidence rules

Comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedback

Proven ability to effectively manage clients and case strategy

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Education:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active license and good standing with any of the following State Bars: Arizona, Texas, Colorado, or New Mexico
