Job Summary

Craft each plate with care and precision! As a Line Cook at American Girl Place NY, youll bring joy to every table by preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. Your attention to detail and culinary consistency will help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures
Culinary certification preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to Levy standards
Ensure all dishes meet timing, taste, and presentation specifications
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards
Communicate with team members and chefs to ensure efficient service
Assist with prep, setup, and breakdown of station before and after service
Must be able to work on weekends
