Amore Line Cook

Our mission is to provide incredible service and a one-of-a-kind dining experience for our guests. As a Line Cook, youll assist in creating menu items and ensuring guests are presented with a meal they cant receive elsewhere. What will I do?

• Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks
• Preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals
• Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
• Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards
• Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years experience working as a line cook
• Knife skills
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelors degree in culinary arts
• Experience working on multiple kitchen stations
• Experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry
