Job Summary
We're hiring licensed therapists across Washington to provide virtual mental health care. This role gives you the flexibility to work from home while still making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. As part of our telehealth team, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy, support client progress, and collaborate with other professionals-all within a structured weekday schedule.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Annual Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
- Full benefits package
- Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions for adults, couples, and families
- Create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Track client progress and adjust strategies when needed
- Collaborate virtually with care teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with standards
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active Washington license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and online documentation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
