Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor - Full-Time Hybrid Role

Join Thriveworks as a provisionally licensed clinician aspiring to achieve Maryland Licensure as an LCPC. This position offers the flexibility of both telehealth and in-person sessions. We are currently looking for dedicated professionals in Silver Spring, MD, and for those who meet the requirements, there's a $7,500 ramp stipend available for clinicians who can commit to 25+ hours per week.

We Are Looking For:
Passionate provisionally licensed clinicians in Maryland ready to make a significant impact and grow alongside us. Key qualities we seek include:

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week with 25+ client sessions and 5 hours for admin tasks including supervision meetings).

• Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children, with our supportive framework.

• Clinicians who value both autonomy and teamwork.

• Strong character and a deep commitment to quality care - we value integrity and openness.

• Capability to reside within 45 minutes of our office. Initial probation will require in-office presence, transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).

• Flexibility to adapt work schedules.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must seek licensure in the state of Maryland.

• A graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program.

• Must be approved by the board as an LGPC (Graduate).

• Experience in counseling settings addressing depression and anxiety is required.

• Prior experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under a licensed supervisor is preferred.

Compensation:
The salary can go up to $56,000 based on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
