Your Role:
- Assess and treat patients experiencing mobility, strength, balance, and functional challenges.
- Develop and execute individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all services while adhering to regulatory standards.
- Confirm and update physician orders as required for patient care.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
