Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Lead Supply Chain Analyst to spearhead the development, monitoring, and implementation of tactical and strategic supply chain initiatives/projects for the WMRE PMO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, cost controllers, and schedulers to effectively manage master service agreements for procuring Goods & Services. Your ability to interface with vendors, negotiate contracts, and navigate legal integrations will be crucial on a daily basis. Responsibilities include:

Implementing corporate and group sourcing programs to achieve cost reduction goals.
Conducting detailed analyses of supplier spending and procurement metrics.
Developing reporting tools to assist in sourcing analysis by supplier spend.
Providing communication and training support related to supply chain programs.
Facilitating procurement scorecard processes to monitor supplier count reduction, contract compliance, and cost savings.
Overseeing RFI/RFQ processes for RNG project equipment and services.
Evaluating suppliers based on pricing, shipping speeds, product quality, and thorough vetting.
Establishing and managing supply chain KPI processes.
Generating reports on cost analysis, vendor SLAs, compliance, and KPIs.
Coordinating equipment logistics with project managers, carriers, and 3PL brokers.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Certification: CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) is preferred.
Skills: Direct procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, logistics and inventory management, financial and data analysis, advanced MS Excel proficiency, and familiarity with software platforms like Coupa and Procore.
