The Opportunity

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and enhancing innovative and scalable solutions for our enterprise applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-quality APIs using .NET technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify cutting-edge technical solutions, and ensure seamless system integration.
• Create cloud-native applications and services on Azure, employing a variety of Azure tools and services.
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for effective application deployment and scaling.
• Implement advanced security and network policies in Kubernetes clusters with Calico.
• Monitor and manage application performance, using tools like Datadog to identify and apply optimizations.
• Conduct code reviews, pinpointing potential issues and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring their timely and successful completion.
• Engage in Agile Scrum practices, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team members.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Senior .NET Developer, with a strong focus on API development and cloud solutions.
• Proficient in modern .NET, C#, and related technologies.
• Experience with Azure services, including Azure Kubernetes Service, Cosmos DB, Functions, API Management, SQL Database, and Storage.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with Calico for network policy and security implementation.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools, such as Datadog.
• A solid grasp of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Pay Transparency

The estimated base pay range for this position is $131,000 to $183,500. You will also be eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance and other factors. Actual compensation may differ based on skills, experience, and education.
