Salary | $130,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule | 10-hour shift starting at 6:30 AM

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineering Manager (food industry strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (Electrical preferred).
• Solid background in PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems.
• A hands-on leader with strong communication skills who motivates and develops team members.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work directly on the floor with your team.

Maintenance Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead a small but growing team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on solving problems, developing people, and ensuring equipment reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of fewer than 10 mechanics, providing daily technical guidance and support.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, working side by side with the team.
• Drive improvements in automation and controls, including PLCs and HMIs.
• Ensure compliance with food industry standards while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Support a 24-hour operation, including availability on weekends for projects and troubleshooting calls.
