Lead Maintenance Technician

As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you'll oversee maintenance operations in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. You'll ensure the reliability and performance of automated systems, mentor maintenance staff, and play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across production lines.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated machinery and equipment.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize efficiency.
• Provide technical training and support to maintenance team members.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a maintenance lead or senior technician role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of automated systems, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $36 $44 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday Friday (no weekends)
• Benefits: Full health benefits, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and 8 paid holidays
