Job Details
REQUIREMENTS:

Civil Engineering Degree, anywhere from 2-12 years of civil engineering experience, PE or on track to obtain it
AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing site plans, construction drawings & design documents
Gathering and reviewing zoning ordinances, permit requirements, and applicable land development regulations
Preparing land development permit applications and associated calculations and report for stormwater, sanitary sewer, water service, flood hazard area, soil erosion, etc.
Coordinating with regulatory review agencies, other design consultants, architects, etc.
