Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lab Assembler/Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Lab Assembler/Operator

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Pay Range: $18.25

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies
• Follow standardized procedures to ensure high-quality production
• Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing processes and quality assurance
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production issues and improvements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
• Basic understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software
• Ability to handle small components and parts with precision
• Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision
