We are seeking skilled Cabling & Assembly Technicians to join our team in the assembly, wiring, and testing of advanced security scanning equipment. This hands-on role involves working with a variety of cable types and mechanical tools to build, test, and prepare units for shipment. Ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire advanced security scanning equipment.
• Work with various cable types and mechanical tools.
• Build, test, and prepare units for shipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Essential Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in cabling, assembly, or a related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Familiarity with basic electrical testing tools and procedures.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CAT 5/CAT 6, HDMI, and power cables.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
