Structural Assemblers in DFW!

As a Structural Assembler, you will engage with various drilling devices, including pistol grip drill motors, 90-degree and 45-degree angle motors, and countersink cages. You will also develop the ability to operate reverse pancake motors, snatch blocks, Winslow guns, and Spacematic (power feed). Your role will involve executing the entire sealing process and installing and removing various fasteners such as button head, flush hilok/hilite, and castellated nuts. Additionally, you may run hydraulic systems tests.

Utilize and master a range of drilling devices for structural assembly.

Perform sealing processes including fay surface, fillet, pack, aero, brush coat, and dome sealing.

Install and remove fasteners, distinguishing between shear and tension fasteners.

Conduct hydraulic systems tests as required.

Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints to construct assemblies.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Red Oak, Texas.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
