Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Degree in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering.
• Registered patent attorney with the USPTO.
• Admitted to a state bar, with preference for NC and/or SC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Registered with the USPTO.
• Admitted to a state bar in good standing.
