 Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM | 40 hrs/week

 Role Overview

Serve as the first point of contact for patients in a fast-paced call center. Handle 70–75 inbound calls daily, assisting with scheduling, billing, and care coordination. Document in EMR and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth service.

✅ Requirements

• 1+ year recent call center experience
• 6+ months of healthcare/medical experience
• Strong communication & Microsoft Office skills

 Preferred

• Experience in hospital/medical office
• Problem-solving & multitasking in high-volume environments
• Professional phone etiquette

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
