IT Project Manager

Our client, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a Senior DBA Manager / Database Architect to join their team.

As a Senior DBA Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Technology Department supporting the Database Engineering and Migration Team .

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership , excellent communication , and strategic thinking skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead a team of DBAs in a multi-year migration of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, and other databases.

• Oversee database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization across platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.

• Develop and enforce database standards, policies, and procedures.

• Foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of experience in database administration and architecture.

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale database migration projects.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DB2.

• PMP certification is a plus.
