Job Details

Role- SAP Program Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (5 days Onsite)
Mode of Hire: FTE (Full-time Employee)

Program and Project Management:
- Manage multiple large-scale, complex, and specialized competency-based customer projects.
- Strong focus on delivery responsibility and delivery excellence.
- Strategic planning and tactical project management for all assigned projects.
- Ensure programs are completed on time, within budget, and within customer expectations for quality and functionality.
- Create and maintain program-level dashboards for effective project management.

Strategic Alignment & Implementation:
- Develop strategies aligned with the organization's vision and drive their implementation.
- Align with multiple units and cross-functional teams to create an effective value chain for customers.
- Carry out regular reviews with various stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.

Client Relationship Management:
- Influence customer perception positively and contribute to relationship management.
- Drive account farming (growth within existing accounts).
- Interface and engage with customers at a strategic level.
- Ensure current project requirements are met, forecast potential needs/issues, and proactively address them.
- Ensure all customer feedback processes are completed on time.

Delivery Excellence & Resource Optimization:
- Ensure development and delivery of software services and solutions in line with customer and investor requirements.
- Optimize utilization of human resources.
- Ensure complete contract management, including profitability and other parameters across projects.

Organizational Leadership & Development:
- Lead various organization-wide activities such as knowledge sharing, innovation, and process improvement.
- Provide thought leadership in professional networks and contribute to the organization's brand building.
- Support and cultivate a culture of completing documentation and reviews, particularly ongoing and post-project knowledge management.
- Ensure best practices become part of the standard process.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide overall management guidance to the team.
- Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
- Manage any conflicts within the teams.
- Ensure skillsets in the team are built with necessary certifications.
- Play the role of Technical Mentor and Coach to the team, sometimes working with multiple levels.
