IT Change Management Program Manager

*About the Role:*
We're hiring a Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and support the launch of a new program office. This role is key to driving cultural change and improving operational effectiveness through structured change management.
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead large-scale organizational transformation projects.
* Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
* Support daily operations of a newly formed program office.
* Create communication plans, presentations, and dashboards to track engagement and performance.
*Qualifications:*
* 5+ years of program management experience focused on transformation and change.
* Strong knowledge of change management methodologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience developing strategic communications and performance metrics.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Familiarity with analytics, AI, or emerging technologies is a plus.

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
