Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Receiving Clerk in Pomona, CA!

The Receiving Clerk is vital in managing and processing all incoming materials and packages. This position ensures accurate documentation and timely updates within the Made2Manage (M2M) system under the supervision of the Stock Room Supervisor.

Essential Job Duties:

• Receive and unpack incoming materials and supplies.
• Verify receipts against purchase orders for accuracy, shortages, or damage.
• Enter and update all received material information in the M2M system.
• Investigate and correct any discrepancies in received orders.
• Expedite materials to the appropriate departments or storage locations.
• Operate forklifts and power trucks to move materials safely.
• Deliver original receiving documents to the Accounting department daily.
• Operate both manual and automated equipment as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping, crating, and packaging when required.
• Process returned parts for Customer Service.
• Serve as backup to the Lead Shipping Clerk as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Pay rate is $21/hour.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of shipping/receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient computer skills (M2M system experience preferred).
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read and use tape measures, calipers, and scales.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation certification REQUIRED; must follow all safety procedures.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.) is a plus.
• Valid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record REQUIRED.
• Must be available for Saturday rotation shifts.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
