This role will create and maintain relationships both internally and with agency partners, monitoring status and ongoing progress of Content Management deliverables for their marketing programs, ensuring the high quality standards are met at every stage.

This role will also be responsible for ensuring that Apple and Content Management agency partners are aligned on key performance metrics, enforcing accountability through reporting and analytics, and proactively looking around corners to decrease conflict and risk for Content Management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee agency production at the program level for a Content Management team; involved with key projects from start to finish, as accountable role for successful project completion and high-quality deliverables.
• Own proactive problem solving with agency partners and internal teams to resolve conflict, issues and roadblocks.
• Work with all departments to develop integrated solutions and find opportunities to optimize efficiency and quality of the work Content Management provides.
• Provide troubleshooting and makes decisions as a point of escalation for marketing programs that rely on Content Management, supported by deep understanding of the function and how it is supported.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key strategic partners throughout Marcom, MP&S, and with agency partners, ensuring alignment.
• Monitor and assess business risk and constraints (schedule / scope / resources) and provide input on business objectives, challenges and opportunities.
• Work internally with Apple MP&S Content Management to provide deep knowledge of implementation and business context for Content Management for their marketing program.
• Contribute to planning activities, providing business context for staffing efficiency and appropriate budget allocation.
• Comprehend and maintain working knowledge of Content Management System tools in their program, and elevate missed opportunities in systems or processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years content management experience
• 3+ years of experience in content planning and content management for digital properties
• Proficient in multiple enterprise Content Management Solutions such as AEM, Drupal, WordPress, etc.

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
