About The Team: The Partner Integrations team connects DoorDash technology with the systems our merchants rely on. We support a mix of core products and new bets, building high-quality integrations that unlock growth, efficiency, and operational excellence for merchants at scale. This role sits on our New Bets pod, which incubates and scales new integration types within fast-growing areas of the business.

About The Role

DoorDash is looking for a Senior Specialist who will manage and optimize integrations with third party point-of-sale systems, online ordering providers, and aggregators used by our top restaurant partners. Externally, you’ll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations at DoorDash. Internally, you’ll strategize with cross-functional DoorDash teams to build and operate world-class integrations. This will include technical project management, go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management. You will report into a Manager on our Partner Integrations team. This team is part of DoorDash’s Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.

• Own the success of our Partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders
• Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues
• Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our partners, leading implementation and process improvement
• Partner with product, engineering, and strategy & operations to discover and drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and develop strategies to build and scale our integration platform
• Help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading technology integrations / implementation with partners
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
• Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Benefits and compensation details: The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $78,200–$115,000 USD. Base salary is localized by work location. In addition to base salary, there are opportunities for equity grants.
