Food Service Associate

Under the direction of management and supervisor(s), the role is responsible for timely, efficient, and accurate service of food and beverage orders to guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting for scheduled work in a timely manner and maintaining a neat and clean personal appearance.
• Maintaining a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Fulfilling assigned opening and closing duties.
• Helping restock bartenders' inventory as needed.
• Helping drain assigned bars and portables of all gray water on a nightly basis.
• Assisting any bartender in need during service.
• Ensuring the kitchen is prepared for first serve.
• Verifying that nothing is missing or extra on the tray before leaving the kitchen with the completed order.
• Delivering the order to the correct section, row, and seats in a timely manner.
• Providing any desired condiments, cutlery, etc.
• Ending transactions in a positive way.
• Maintaining high standards of friendly guest service.
• Working as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Communicating with supervisors and Legends management.
• Complying with company service standards and inventory control procedures.
• Showing flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.
• Performing and completing other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bartender experience helpful; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
• Must be able to work with others as a team.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
• Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.
• Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
