Overview

A financially strong multi-specialty group of 400 providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional OB/GYN physician based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality-first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. The practice provides a physician-friendly work/life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living.

Responsibilities

• Full range OB/GYN practice with obstetric, clinical and surgical components; robotics preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Flexible scheduling
• Starting base is $360,000 with two-year guarantee with RVU bonus
• Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
• Group paid malpractice with no tail
• Full health, dental, vision, life, disability, relocation, sign-on
• 12% 401K with no matching required
• RVU-based compensation starting in the 2nd year
• Central Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia and other wonders
