Work Hours/Shift: Full Time Days

Monday Friday

40 hours a week

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Maintains established productivity standards and supply expense metrics. Accountable for monthly departmental variances, budget, FTE, and expense variance reports/associated action plans
• Plans and implements overall imaging policies, procedures, and services for aligned departments
• Assesses patient care quality and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments
• Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
• Oversees scheduling, recruitment, hiring, firing, payroll, and student engagement

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Associates degree AND Two years of technical experience AND Must be working towards obtaining Bachelor's degree in accordance with facility policy
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
• BLS through American Heart Association
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
• Amer Reg Diag Med Sonography
• Certified Radiologic Tech
