IFS Cloud Implementation Expert
Selectek is looking for an IFS Cloud Implementation Expert to work closely with the project leads at the company and an IFS implementation consulting firm. This person will sit with multiple functional areas of the company and will both identify and communicate with all parties how to replace our current functions within the IFS Cloud software.
Required:
- Extensive previous experience with IFS Cloud
- Preferably across a large range of IFS Cloud offerings in order of priority below:
- Finance
- Field Service
- Quality
- Document Management
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain
- Projects
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, self-directed environment, while delivering documented detailed results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Ability to be flexible with changing project schedules. Overtime will be required at times based on business needs, which may include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays
Preferred:
- Previous IFS Cloud experience in an engineer to order manufacturing environment
- Previous Solutions Architect level of IFS Cloud knowledge
- Experience with Novacura, CadTalk, Windchill, and/or Astra Canyon MTK software
- Experience handling, developing and managing IFS permission sets
- Understanding CRIM development strategies and requirements (Note actual coding experience within IFS Cloud is not required.)
- IFS Cloud Data migration experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform internal discovery across company Tracks and compare to the current state of the IFS Cloud implementation project
- Identify and relate company terminology to IFS terminology to streamline information between company and consulting group
- Be a reference for questions about multiple tracks within IFS Cloud
- Communicate with company employees as well as outside parties
- Prioritize and balance multiple aspects of the implementation each day
- Help define best practice workflows that capture company requirements within IFS Cloud
- Work with multiple teams across the entire company
- Communicate effectively with other team members, both verbally and in writing; this includes communicating out of ordinary circumstances, changes in procedures, or other information which may be considered useful
- Update Project and Test Tracker documentation
- Help identify which processes in IFS can be best developed in Novacura
- Help load manually input data into IFS Cloud
- Help develop internal process documents for company use and training

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
Term of assignment: Direct Hire
Location of Job: Alpharetta, GA
Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday: either 6AM 2:30PM or 7AM 3:30PM
Overtime: Some on occasion
Travel: No
WFH: There may be a possibility for some remote workdays after the employee has established themselves. The first few months will be 100% onsite to get up to speed with the company processes and then we can evaluate. At most, it will be one-day per week remote assuming they are not required to be on site that day based on business needs.
