About the role
Join our backend team to design and deliver the AI-driven backbone of Cisco Cloud Control. You\'ll work across multiple stacks and domains to build integrations and features that power the next generation of Cisco\'s global platform.
What you\'ll do
- Design and implement both functional and non-functional features .
- Lead by example: mentor and coach junior developers .
- Drive advanced product integrations and AI-native solutions across Cisco\'s product portfolio.
- Work across multiple back-end technologies: Go, Java, Node, Rust .
- Collaborate with frontend and infra teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant backend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and monitoring/observability tools (ELK, Splunk, Datadog ).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies - an advantage.
- Up to date with AI tools and methodologies .
- A perpetual learner with a growth mindset.
