IAM Operations Engineer (Charlotte, Jersey City or Pennington)

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an IAM Operations Engineer to join their team. As an IAM Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Identity and Access Management operations team supporting global IAM applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a drive for results, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite)
Pay Range: $89.74 per hour
What's the Job?

• Manage and support IAM applications and infrastructure, including Single Sign On and Federated Identity.
• Engage in problem triage and service restoration for IAM services.
• Identify root causes of issues and facilitate permanent fix resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM operations.
• Maintain compliance with ITIL framework and best practices in service management.

• 8+ years of production support experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of Ping Access, Ping Federate, and PKI.
• Proficiency in Linux and networking (TCP/IP).
• Excellent understanding of information security principles.
• CISSP or equivalent certification is a plus.
