Now Hiring: HVAC Technician - On Behalf of Our Valued Client
We’re working with a well-established and growing HVAC contractor in the Oakland, MO area that is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who wants stability, growth potential, and a company that values its employees.
What You’ll Do:

Service, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on RTUs, chillers, boilers, and related equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with all codes and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Participate in on-call/emergency rotations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of HVAC experience (commercial, residential, or light industrial).
EPA 608 certification required: NATE certification a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with ductwork, sheet metal, or building automation systems is helpful.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
A motivated, team-oriented professional who takes pride in their work.
