HVAC Technician

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician or HVAC Service Technician to cover Massachusetts. Must have MA Journeyman Refrigeration license. Position includes a service vehicle to drive to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, repair, and maintenance for commercial HVAC systems at customer sites in Massachusetts.
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot using a multi-meter.
• Work with systems such as RTUs, split systems, VRF systems, water source heat pumps and other mechanical equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of commercial/industrial boiler/burner experience
• Mass Refrigeration license (Journeyman Refrigeration license required)
• Must have working knowledge of major market brands (e.g., Trane, Carrier, York, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Lennox)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot with a multi-meter
• Knowledge of RTUs, split systems, VRF systems, water source heat pumps
• Driven self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
• No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
• Clean and neat appearance; excellent communication and computer skills
• Clean driving record
