Human Resources Support Specialist

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Support Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. The HR Specialist will assist with human resources and provide administrative support functions for food services and environmental services operations at UC Health Hospitals.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving efficiencies by providing administrative support
• Supporting, engaging, and helping retain frontline staff
• Supporting managers and clients with HR related tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, and more
• Utilizing software programs and reporting tools
