Join Our Team as a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist!

Location: North Royalton, OH

Schedule: Flexible | 20-25 hours/week | Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday

?? What You'll Do

• Be the go-to expert for ADP Workforce Now: manage new hires, terminations, reports, and census data.

• Support employees with benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and general benefit questions.

• Coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and keep HR files organized.

• Maintain up-to-date phone lists and organizational charts.

• Occasionally greet visitors and assist at the front desk (minimal traffic).

?? What You Bring

• Prior experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner.

• Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently and support a small office team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
