Overview

As a vital member of our Human Resources team, you will focus on providing exceptional service to our team members across various dental practices in multiple states. This role requires collaboration with both management and employees to ensure that our HR strategies align with the organization’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support managers in employee-related matters by interpreting and advising on employment policies and guidelines.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners through proactive communication.
• Analyze HR KPIs and trends to inform decision-making and develop solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough investigations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, collaborating with the HR leadership and legal teams as needed.
• Provide performance management guidance, including coaching and counseling for line management.
• Enhance work relationships and increase productivity through engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate feedback sessions and focus groups, assisting management in developing action plans.
• Identify training and executive coaching needs, communicating them to the HR leadership team.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required; master's degree preferred.
• At least five years of HR experience, with a minimum of two years as a business partner.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. as necessary (up to 5%).
• Thorough understanding of employment laws and their application.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management experience and the ability to implement programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other computer skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
