Location: Bay Shore, NY (100% Onsite)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Salary: $85,000 $90,000 annually

Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Language Requirement: Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist with 35 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This role will support core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with policies and labor laws
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries
• Support payroll processing (preferably using ADP)
• Maintain confidential HR records and documentation
• Assist in HR policy development and implementation
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning
• Provide bilingual support for HR communications and engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• 35 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr.
