Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Lead teams in both light and heavy housekeeping duties across various shifts.
Conduct staff training, quality control assessments, and in-service sessions; ensure timely project completions.
Maintain records related to income, expenses, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
Act as a liaison between building occupants, administrators, and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety protocols, wearing appropriate protective gear.
Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Foster positive interactions with supervisors, co-workers, client staff, residents, and guests.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
Physically able to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
Residency within the service area is required.
