Job Summary

Be the face that sets the tone! As a Host/Hostess, you will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, manage the flow of the dining room, and ensure each guest starts their experience with a smile. Youll coordinate seating, communicate wait times, and support the overall guest experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a front-of-house or guest-facing role preferred
Familiarity with restaurant reservation or seating software (e.g., OpenTable)
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Valid food handler certification (if required by local regulations)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
Manage waitlist and seating rotation to optimize flow
Communicate clearly with servers and management
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate wait times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance
Assist in resetting tables and supporting other front-of-house staff as needed
