Location Description

The award-winning, 480-acre Saddlebrook Resort has made a name for itself as a premier meeting and vacation destination, as well as one of the nations preeminent athletic training facilities. Overview

Responsible for creating a welcoming environment by managing reservations, seating guests, answering phone calls, maintaining a clean reception area and assisting servers to ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to create a positive atmosphere

Ability to clearly communicate and handle guest inquiries

Quick thinking and composure to handle guest complaints

Work effectively with F&B staff to support overall service

Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
