What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

• Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers

• Offer companionship — conversation, games, and encouragement

• Light housekeeping & meal preparation

• Medication reminders (within state guidelines)

• Communicate with families and care team members

• Document care provided using simple digital tools

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 18 or older

• High school diploma or GED

• HHA certification (preferred) — or prior caregiving/healthcare experience

• A caring heart and strong communication skills

• Ability to pass background & drug checks

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
