Your Impactful Role Includes:

• Providing direct patient care in alignment with individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments, noting any significant changes.
• Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute effective patient care strategies.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrating every patient success along their journey.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Rehabilitation experience is a plus.
