Job Description

We are seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to join a rapidly expanding utility company. A majority of the work will be remediation and site work. Someone that is well equipped on the Dozer, Excavator, Loader, and Skid Steer will be the perfect fit. We are looking for candidates within the pay range of $30 - $40 an hour. We are available to schedule interviews anytime next week. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as Excavator, Bulldozer, Loader, Skid-Steer, and Backhoe.

• Perform general labor and environmental labor tasks.

• Read and interpret plans and construction drawings.

• Utilize GPS machine control technology.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Essential Skills

• 5-10 years of construction experience.

• Valid MA hoisting license with 1C/2A designation for MA jobs.

• OSHA 10 Hour certification.

• License and reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 40 Hour HAZWOPER training is preferred.

• Ability to travel within New England is a plus.

Work Environment

Work involves a variety of projects such as environmental remediation, demolition, excavation, dredging, utility work, and landfill cap and closures. The role involves exposure to various weather conditions and requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Job Type & Location

This is a full-time position located in Southeast MA

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
