We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead DOT paving and milling operations across Maryland and Virginia, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of milling and paving experience
• At least 2 years of Superintendent-level experience
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Bachelor's degree preferred (will also consider experienced General Superintendents)
• Demonstrated ability to manage crews, schedules, budgets, and safety on DOT projects
