Responsibilities

• Support the creation of long-term strategies and deliverables that articulate organizational objectives and recommendations
• Manage work streams, including conducting research, interviews, and report-outs with leaders across the company
• Conduct independent analysis to identify new growth opportunities and present actionable findings
• Assist in converting strategic plans into initiatives for execution and inspire others to embrace the evolving strategy
• Communicate the value and impact of MarketPoint initiatives to the broader organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or relevant corporate strategy roles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with slide design and storytelling with data
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in managed care or provider sectors
• Proven track record of setting and exceeding performance metrics with measurable results
• Ideal candidates should live within 50 miles of Louisville, KY
