Group Product Manager (Orland Park)

Job Title: Group Product Manager

Location: Orland Park, IL

Salary: $125,000-$180,000

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Group Product Manager to join our client's organization in the Orland Park, IL area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of global product roadmaps aligned with key markets, regions, and customer segments.
• Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle across multiple product lines, from concept to sunset.
• Set competitive pricing, manage margins, and identify cost-saving opportunities to achieve financial targets.
• Empower, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team.
• Translate customer insights into valuable, market-ready solutions using strong Voice of Customer (VOC) practices.
• Lead competitive analysis to sharpen value propositions, size markets, and refine pricing.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, science, or technical field required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years experience with fiber connectivity and fiber assemblies.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
