Group Fitness Coordinator

Reports to: Group Fitness Coordinator General Manager

Qualifications:

• Current nationally accredited group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
• Valid yoga or Pilates certification will also be considered
• Previous experience leading group fitness classes
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to instruct participants of all fitness levels

Special Skills:

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes
• Maintain current certifications and continuing education as required
• Adhere to instructor sign-in/sign-out protocols
• Uphold all club policies, procedures, and standards
• Represent and embody the Crunch brand, aligning with our mission and values
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist members or refer them to management when necessary
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
• Comply with guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook

Meetings:

• Attend all the department meetings
• Employee training meetings
