Group Fitness Coordinator

Reports to: Group Fitness Coordinator General Manager

Qualifications:

Current nationally accredited group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
Valid yoga or Pilates certification will also be considered
Previous experience leading group fitness classes
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to instruct participants of all fitness levels

Special Skills:

Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
Strong customer service skills
Good verbal communication

Key Responsibilities:

Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes
Maintain current certifications and continuing education as required
Adhere to instructor sign-in/sign-out protocols
Uphold all club policies, procedures, and standards
Represent and embody the Crunch brand, aligning with our mission and values
Provide exceptional customer service and assist members or refer them to management when necessary
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
Comply with guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook

Meetings:

Attend all the department meetings
Employee training meetings
