A new opportunity is available in the upstate New York market for a physician to join a physician-led healthcare organization focused on improving patient outcomes with uncapped income! This is a 100% Skilled Nursing Facility position with a private practice feel where you can 'round and go' making your own schedule. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Internal or Geriatric Medicine MD/DO with an active New York license.

- UNcapped Compensation

- Schedule: M-F (typically 4-5 hours of rounds)
