Responsibilities

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners with experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care who want to focus on patient care rather than volume. Our NPs take the necessary time to address the individual needs of patients.

Qualifications

Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner
Eligibility for Federal DEA License
Geriatric training/experience preferred
Active CPR/BLS Certification
Board Certification
