We are seeking an innovative and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the team at Poppy & Claro in San Jose.
Poppy & Claro is a refined yet relaxed all day restaurant that's grounded in the spirit of Northern California ingredients. The menu is guided by what's grown nearby layered with global flavors anchored in live-fire cooking- all set in a warm space rooted in Golden State Modernism.
