Enjoy fantastic working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we are closed on Sundays. We offer both full-time and part-time schedules.

As a General Manager, you'll lead and supervise our enthusiastic store team, oversee training, ensure store operations run smoothly, uphold policies like attendance, safety, and uniforms, and conduct or attend safety and policy meetings. This role offers growth and development opportunities.
Team Car Care (TCC) manages nearly 500 Jiffy Lube auto service centers across North America. We focus on outstanding customer service, ethical selling, and product knowledge. We provide top-notch training and accelerated career progression for dedicated team members.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing prompt and courteous guest service, resolving guest issues and complaints
- Maintaining inventory control, understanding cost of goods, turn ratios, ordering, and receiving
- Managing budgets, sales forecasts, P/L performance, and understanding factors affecting sales and profit
- Maintaining building, equipment, and grounds, including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems
- Troubleshooting and maintaining the POS system
- Supervising and training teammates, including scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews
- Holding teammates accountable and managing performance
- Advertising, interviewing, and selecting new teammates
- Monitoring staffing levels and adjusting as needed
- Conducting orientation meetings for new teammates
- Providing safety, security, and environmental leadership, ensuring compliance with safety policies and reporting incidents promptly
- Opening and closing the store as needed
- Completing necessary paperwork and maintaining cash controls
- Partnering with Loss Prevention to ensure policy compliance and report theft or incidents
- Assisting at other locations as directed
