Your Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients experiencing mobility, strength, and functional impairments
Develop and implement tailored care plans
Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain thorough documentation to comply with regulatory standards
Ensure physician orders are current and properly documented

Qualifications:

Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
